​Refund and Cancellation Policy

Dr. SABA DABEER believes in helping its patients as much as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Policy:

​

Patients may cancel appointments for online consultations up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to the following:

1. Cancellation Window:​

   • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours to 24 hours of the scheduled time: 50% cancellation fee

   • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time: 100% cancellation fee

   • Appointments can't be cancelled after the scheduled time.

2. Cancellation Procedure:

   • Patients can cancel appointments by logging into their account on the Dr. Saba Dabeer website and following the cancellation procedure outlined on the platform.

3. Refund Process:

   • Refunds for cancelled appointments will be processed within 1-2 business days.

4. Exceptions:

   • In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Patients are encouraged to contact Dr. Saba Dabeer directly to discuss their situation.

'No Show' Policy:

​

1. Definition of 'No Show':

   • A 'No Show' is defined as a situation where a patient fails to join the appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

2. Treatment of 'No Show':

   • In case of a 'No Show,' the appointment will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be entertained.

3. Late Joining:

   • Patients joining the appointment after 15 minutes of the scheduled time will be considered a 'No Show.' Dr. Saba Dabeer reserves the right to decide whether to proceed with the consultation, reschedule, or consider it a 'No Show.'

Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility:

   • ​Refunds are eligible for appointments cancelled within the specified cancellation window.

2. Refund Amount:

   • The refund amount will be the total appointment fee minus any applicable cancellation fees.

3. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the booking.

4. Processing Time:

   • Refunds will be initiated within 1-2 business days from the date of cancellation.

5. Failed Appointments:

   • In the event of a failed appointment due to technical issues from Dr. Saba Dabeer's end, a full refund will be issued to the patient.
